Engagement and Passivity

This project originally started with me exploring the theme of an attention economy. Which is the supply and demand for an audience's attention. Also the collective human capacity to engage with many elements in our environment at one time that demand mental focus.

After the project ended I started to explore the theme in relation to social and political issues being shared via Instagram and the possible implications of learning about these issues only via this source.
